Open since the summer of 2006, Killbear Provincial Park is one of three new visitor centres initiated by Ontario Government to be built along the Great Lakes Heritage Coast. Famous for both its geological formations and rattlesnake population; a family-oriented park, Killbear is one of the most popular park destinations in Ontario.
Working closely with the Park staff, Terry Heard Designers develped interactive and static exhibits
to best explain and celebrate the unique features and history of this region. Over 100 commissioned illustrations | small terracotta sculptures support the artifacts and interactive exhibits which contribute in creating an individulized experience for the visitor.
